Elif Elkin is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with over two decades of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and wellness industries. A graduate of Boğaziçi University with a degree in Chemistry, she began her career in project management at Dışbank while pursuing her MBA at Yeditepe University.

She entered the pharmaceutical sector in 2001, taking on senior roles at Deva and Saba Pharmaceuticals, where she served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing and General Manager, respectively. From 2009 to 2017, she held strategic leadership positions at Abdi İbrahim Pharmaceuticals, overseeing key areas such as corporate strategy, marketing, business development, and communications. In 2017, she was appointed General Manager of Abdi İbrahim Otsuka, successfully leading the joint venture until 2021.

In the same year, Elkin led the launch of Acıbadem LifeClub, a groundbreaking wellness initiative focused on preventive health and personalized well-being, where she served as General Manager until 2025.

Today, Elif Elkin is the Founder of Elkin Consultancy, advising institutions on holistic health strategies, organizational well-being, and leadership transformation. She is also the Co-Founder of Opinion AI, a health-tech venture that designs AI-powered, data-driven solutions for healthcare stakeholders.
