Throughout his career, he has led mission-critical modernization programs—including statewide systems, national financial platforms, and global customer experience operations—delivering measurable operational, financial, and experiential outcomes. His portfolio includes financial system implementations, large-scale property tax system modernization, robotic process automation frameworks, statewide digital service transformations, and enterprise customer lifecycle optimization for organizations serving more than five million users.

Mark is widely recognized for his ability to visualize solutions, mobilize high-performing cross-functional teams, and apply technology in novel ways to unlock business value.
