Before co-founding People Science, Dr. Craft was the Co-Founder and CEO of Science 37, a company that pioneered virtual (or decentralized) clinical research for the pharmaceutical industry and is now a global public company. He has also served as Chief Medical Officer for VisualDx, a diagnostic decision-support technology used in thousands of hospitals and medical schools worldwide, and as Chief Science Officer at DirectDerm, a leading teledermatology company.

For more than 15 years, Dr. Craft ran a translational research laboratory at the Lundquist Institute and was an Associate Professor of Medicine at UCLA, where he focused on the skin microbiome, parasite immunology, and cancer vaccine development. He is also a practicing medical dermatologist and a founding partner at Good Dermatology.

Dr. Craft has published more than 50 peer-reviewed research manuscripts and holds multiple patents. He lives with his wife, three children, and two dogs in Venice Beach, California.
