HEALinc is a future health research & development (R&D) organization founded in 2018 by CEO Dr. Desirée Cox (MD, MPhil, PhD). HEALinc stands for Health (Whole-Person Health), Self-Efficacy, Analytics, and Life-Design Incubator, which are the principles that shape both our mission and our methodology. HEALinc focuses on advancing proactive longevity and regenerative health technologies, research programs and strategies.
Our mission centers on restoring and enhancing whole-person health for everyone, everywhere – through informed systems thinking, cross-disciplinary collaboration, access to scientific breakthroughs, and the belief that innovation and creative problem-solving are key accelerators in how we heal and thrive. We mentor and amplify the next generation of health leaders, connect patients to evidence-driven longevity and regenerative therapies, and illuminate the measurable, actionable impact of creativity on lifelong wellbeing, performance, and quality of life.

Mentorship
Our HEALinc Bridging-the-Future (BTF) mentorship program prepares the next generation to innovate, solve the complex challenges of our time, and navigate successful careers in science, technology, engineering, art and design and math https://healincglobal.com/bridging-the-future/. Every year—since the inaugural HEALinc Global Summit in 2018—we handpick deserving top ‘STEAM’ high-school students (ages 14-18), medical students and nursing students and embed them in the HEALinc Global Summit to learn and participate alongside adult attendees. Students are thrilled with how this full immersive experience expands their horizons and creates the space for them to develop mentorship relationships with leaders in the field.
